Global Anti-Corruption Policy
Hillrom policy is to conduct all of its operations and activities in compliance with the applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"). Global Third Party Code of Conduct
The Global Third Party Code of Conduct sets forth Hill‑Rom’s requirements for distributors, suppliers, business partners, and other third parties registering, promoting, selling, or supplying Hill‑Rom products or otherwise interacting with government officials or health care providers on our behalf (“Third Parties”). Third parties are responsible for adhering to Hillrom’s Global Third Party Code of Conduct.
At Hillrom, the issue of quality is larger than a program and it's more than a process – It's the promise we make every day to our customers. Quality Matters in all we do. Keeping this promise means Hillrom takes responsibility for being the company people count on to make things right. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations
Hillrom is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require producers of electrical and electronic equipment to finance the takeback, for reuse or recycling, of WEEE resulting from products that we placed on the Irish market. In line with that commitment Hillrom will take back WEEE from you.
For product that we placed on the market after August 13th, 2005 you do not need to make a new purchase from us to avail of the offer. However, for product that was placed on the market before August 13th, 2005 we are only obliged take it back when you make a purchase from us of a similar type of product.

- Compliance Helpline – The Compliance Helpline is a tool through which individuals may report concerns of real or potential misconduct. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with translators on staff, if necessary. Where allowed by local law, you may choose to make an anonymous report. All information received through the Compliance Helpline will be kept confidential to the extent possible and permitted by law.

Answering compliance questions and concerns is a top priority and we take these inquiries very seriously. The company will promptly investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take disciplinary action and implement measures to correct and prevent similar conduct.
