Our Vision

To drive business value and engagement through IT systems that allows Hill-Rom to enhance outcomes for patients and caregivers.

I’ve worked at the company for almost 18 years. While that type of tenure is unusual these days, I’ve had the opportunity to fill nine different roles between promotions and lateral movements. In my experience, if you listen to the strategy, remain adaptable, take accountability to push progress and treat people with respect, new ways to contribute and grow will present themselves.

 — Jason Bowers

  Senior Manager

I am responsible for all wireless devices in North America at Hill-Rom.  I love what I do, and that my job gives me the opportunity to work with so many co-workers all over the country.  In IT we strive to make a difference every day.  Hearing the enthusiasm and the thankfulness from our internal customers reminds me how fortunate I am to work with such amazing people, and for such an amazing company.

  • A Message From Our Leader

Having worked and lived on three continents and in many countries, I consider myself a global citizen. I've seen firsthand how "flat" the world can be and believe that in order to bring people together, we need to utilize technology differently. At Hill-Rom, we are shifting our focus from antiquated ideas like "systems of record" to a lighter architecture approach. We're managing assets more creatively, utilizing the cloud, and focusing on mobile applications as we aspire to transform human connection and experiences through technology.
