Main Features: 700 lb capacity: An industry first. Hill-Rom is the only hospital stretcher company to offer a 700-pound weight capacity for all of its stretchers. No need to search for a hospital stretcher which can handle the weight — they all do. This versatility makes Hill-Rom’s stretchers perfect emergency stretchers, able to handle almost any circumstance. Scale: A built-in color display scale showing pounds and kilograms simultaneously and eliminating the need to toggle between the two. This highly accurate scale (±1% or 2.2 lbs. whichever is greater) is available on our Procedural, Trauma and Electric stretchers. Tempur-Pedic: Reduces the risk of pressure ulcers by utilizing clinically-proven Tempur-Pedic material; making patients more comfortable and relaxed within the hospital atmosphere. 5-inch Air Mattress: An industry first. Hill-Rom's PrimeAire® ARS mattress is the first non-powered air mattress for a medical stretcher. Choose this option for more comfortable patients. Auto Contour™ Feature: An industry first. The Auto Contour Feature allows automatic rising of the knee section as the fowler is raised. This helps minimize patients slipping down the mattress and minimizes patient repositioning. BackSaver Fowler™ Feature: This feature uses the patient's own weight to help you raise and lower the head section of the stretcher easily and comfortably. Low Height: Our Procedural Stretcher has the lowest height in the industry to assist patients to ingress and egress the stretcher (20.7", 20.5" with scale). Active Hand Brake: The world's first stretcher hand brake to help you negotiate ramps and corners without using your body weight and for safe and easy stops. Integrated IV Stand Transport Device: An industry first. Push handles with a device to "nest" an IV stand to help promote proper ergonomics when using the stretcher with and IV stand and emergency room equipment. Brakes: 4-wheel dual locking brakes with integrated steel teeth promote a strong, stable platform. Warranty: Hill-Rom's warranty is 3 years parts, 2 years mattress, 1 year service and lifetime welds. Hill-Rom backs its hospital stretcher warranty with staffed service centers located throughout the country.
