My Liko® lift is not working. It’s charged but when I push the buttons nothing is moving; how should I address this?

My Liko® lift is not working. It’s charged but when I push the buttons nothing is moving; how should I address this?
 

First, check the red emergency stop button on the lift. Turn the button to the right, to make sure it is in its full outmost position.  Make sure the lift is not plugged in, it will not run when it is plugged into the wall. If problem persists, call 800-445-3720.
