Ascom FreeSet IP-DECT
Any enterprise workplace can be enhanced by adding the Ascom FreeSet IP-DECT system, which utilizes industry standard TDM and VoIP telephone interfaces to provide a fully integrated wireless communication platform.Ascom wireless solutions provide seamless call handover and automatic roaming features to ensure reliability for mobile users. The Ascom IP-DECT solution can be configured with one of two system types; Ascom IP-DECT base stations or the Ascom IP-DECT Gateway.
This professional grade Ascom wireless solution may be integrated with IP-PBXs via a direct SIP interface or with TDM PBX’s via Ascom VoIP Gateways.
The Ascom FreeSet solution consists of four key components:
- The Ascom IP-DECT Gateway works with Ascom BS330 base stations and the Ascom VoIP Gateway to seamlessly integrate with your PBX. Powered through the connection to the Ascom IP-DECT gateway, the small BS330 base stations provide coverage and capacity with two internal antennas and improved performance through diversity selection. Each base station contributes eight simultaneous speech channels and seamless roaming.
- The Ascom IP-DECT base station provide an easy way to add mobile services onto an existing wired LAN with low maintenance, zero-touch RF design wireless infrastructure. Ascom IP-DECT base stations connect directly into any port on an existing wired LAN for transport back to the PBX switch.
- The 9d24 Medic™ Handset is a robust, clinical-grade handset specifically designed for harsh environments where a high-level of security is required. With offerings such as personal alarm functions, advanced messaging, and highly versatile voice communications, the 9d24 Medic ensures easy and reliable access to vital information.
- The d62 Handset simplifies complex features through an intuitive user interface and large, color display. A communication device that helps caregivers to improve efficiency, save time and reduce patient risk.
