This may involve anything from an annual service visit for one purchased therapy mattress through to a Trust wide Hill-Rom Total Bed Management™ contract which may involve a number of Hill-Rom technicians based within a hospital managing the logistics and servicing, repairing, cleaning and moving several hundred beds or dynamic mattresses to ensure products are always available to meet our customers requirements.
Our service contracts have been designed to respond to customers' needs in terms of response time, technician availability, speed and cost. Combined or not with leasing, our contracts include different levels of services, ranging from preventive maintenance and safety checks to the full support Premier contract.
