Supporting you is a team of registered nurses from Hill-Rom, many of whom have received specialist training in wound care, critical care or moving and handling. The education sessions and product training they provide are all evidence based and are tailored to the needs of your facility to ensure local protocols or care pathways are reinforced.
The Clinical Advisor team have access to several hundred clinical articles, abstracts and case studies which support the latest practice and Hill-Rom’s global clinical department is an excellent resource dedicated to supporting you.
The Clinical Advisor team are actively involved in providing advice on product selection where required, product training, undertaking education sessions, organising pressure ulcer prevalence surveys, link nurse training and assistance with protocol development where appropriate.
The Clinical Department are also responsible for hosting a series of highly acclaimed seminars with internationally renowned expert speakers to help share best practice. Seminars include:
- Science of Surfaces annual Tissue Viability event,
- Therapeutic Body Positioning for care of the critically ill,
- Ergonomics Seminars,
- Developing a Single Room Maternity Care System.
