"Our participation in the 2005 Survey helped us identify areas for improvement in both pressure relief and documentation. As a result, our policies and approach to patient care were altered – and we’ve seen positive results this year. This has been a “win-win” situation and great learning experience for everyone involved.” Liz Moro, “This survey provided us a great opportunity to gauge how we are doing with our skin-care protocol, conduct “on-the-spot” teaching, and involve staff and skin-care team members in the data-collection process. Thanks!” Valorie Cooke, “This is a wonderful service to provide to all facilities who are trying to give the best possible care to their patients. This benchmarking activity will be the baseline of our future quality improvement initiatives.” Lee Ann Krapfl, |
