Nurse and Patient Siderail Controls Controls are on both sides for ease of use. Siderail Hi-Lo Control – Half-length siderails with Hi-Lo controls and bed functions embedded in the rails help make patient entry and exit safer and less strenuous. Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg – The controls are operated with easy programming and engagement to allow the caregiver to be at the patient’s side during special situations. Patient Lockout Controls – Deny patient access to any, or all, operating functions. Optional Battery Back-up – This option provides the ability to adjust the bed during transport and power outages.
